Abstract The potential to utilize an ultrahigh-frequency method regulate the humidity of grain and products their industrial processing, allowing one use this technological processes in production environments grain-processing industries by controlling material under examination free space converting measured parameters electromagnetic wave passed through into electrical signal. developed functional scheme experimental setup based on dependence attenuation phase shift volumetric density wheat at different mass fraction is discussed, it shown that with increasing a constant value moisture decreases error measurement density, where main component total ultrahigh frequency (amplitude phase) associated influence interfering factors depends mainly variable thickness controlled material.
